Q: How do I book an appointment?

A: You can request an appointment online by clicking on the link located on each page. Shortly after sending your request, you will receive an email confirming your appointment time. You may also call (980) 214-9676 to schedule an appointment. An email reminder will be sent 2 days before your scheduled appointment with a link to confirm your appointment.

Q: Do you require a card to hold an appointment?

A: Yes. After requesting your appointment you may be contacted to obtain a credit card number to keep on file. In the event that you do not show for your appointment or fail to give a 24-hour notice prior to cancelling or rescheduling, the card on file will automatically be charged a $45 fee.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: We kindly ask that you give a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid a $45 fee.

Q: What is your late policy?

A: We understand there may me times when guests are running late. Each guest’s time is important, so we kindly ask that you call ahead if you are going to be late. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your service time may be reduced or will be marked as a no-show and charged a $45 fee.

Q: Do you accept walk-in appointments?

A: Walk-ins are generally not accepted. If you are seeking same day services, please check appointment availability online or call (980) 214-9676.

Q: Should I arrive early to my appointment?

A: For your first visit, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill our paperwork. If you are receiving a facial or chemical peel, please bring in any skin care products you are currently using on your skin.
